The works comprised the full conversion and refurbishment of this 1980's commercial three storey office building under Permitted Development in to 3 one and two bedroom residential apartments c/w open plan living room/kitchenette, shower room, completed in a good quality contemporary finish.

This project was completed within budget for our high net worth client within a 16 week programme and key ready for tenant occupation on handover.
