Secure House, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh - Ground and First Floor CAT B Refurbishment

The works comprised of the CAT B refurbishment of the Ground, First floors and external grounds of the newly named building, Secure House on behalf of our client Secure Meters (UK) Limited to construct their new European HQ.

The refurbishment included for the Design and Build to comprise the new demise layouts, incorporating newly constructed double glazed partitioning, motorised window blinds, floor coverings, new Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC services, breakout areas c/w all furniture and finishes to name but a few of the items included within this comprehensive refurbishment together with the refurbishment of the external areas, car park, EV charging points and much more.
