Chancery House, Sutton – 3rd and 4th Floor CAT A + Refurbishment
The works comprised of the CAT A + refurbishment of both the 3rd & 4th Floor demises to include, installation of fire barrier, building fabric alterations and decorations. New raised access floor c/w vinyl and carpet tile floor coverings. New mineral fibre ceiling tiles installed to the 4th floor retained ceiling grid. New ceiling grid and mineral fibre tiles installed to the 3rd floor.
Installation of new kitchenette to each demise to form breakout area c/w integrated appliances and Corian worktop's.
Partitioning: Installation of 12.8mm clear acoustic laminated glass, polished edges with dry joints to vertical abutments, fitted into powder coated RAL 9005 (Black) single glazed sections and gasket sealed. Vertical and horizontal banding in RAL 9005 (Black) applied to create a Crittal appearance.
Supply and fit double glazed door's in powder coated RAL 9005 (Black) aluminium frame c/w horizontal banding in RAL 9005 (Black) to create a Crittal appearance. Satin Stainless Steel door furniture and overhead door closer.
Replacement FD60 doorsets throughout c/w Access Control to serve 2nr double doorsets to each demise. Alterations to the HVAC. systems. New LED lighting, emergency lighting, underfloor power, data and modifications to the fire alarm system including new smoke, heat detectors and sounders to suit new layout, testing and certification of all services.
4th Floor; to construct new distribution board enclosure to demise following relocation of distribution board and to serve new electrical, fire and access control services.
3rd & 4th Floor WC’s, to carry out the complete refurbishment of the Male and Female washrooms in accordance with the specification to include newly tiled walls and floors, bespoke joinery package to form new cubicles and vanity units c/w new saniware, plumbing, electrical services, LED lighting, wall mounted heater, Dyson hand dryer and fire alarm services duly installed in accordance with the plans.
3rd & 4th Floor Lift Lobby, to carry out the refurbishment of the lobbies c/w new herringbone vinyl floor covering and FD60 doorsets fitted throughout.
