Chancery House, Sutton – 2^nd Floor CAT A Refurbishment

The works comprised of the refurbishment of the 2^nd Floor demise, to include, installation of new Komfort Kross Glaze partitioning to form a Directors Office/Meeting Room, alterations to the HVAC systems c/w new localised controller to serve directors/meeting room. The installation of new kitchenette c/w integrated appliances and power supplies. Alteration of the floor boxes layout to suit new demise layout. To construct new electrical services cupboard with full height double doors to enclose demise services. To supply and lay new Interface floor coverings and redecoration of the demise throughout.
