What clients say about us...

“I have used Freshwater Building Services for the past 5 years for small building works, compliance related work and for refurbishment projects. I have always found their work ethic matches my own expectations of a suitable FM company, the process of tendering and works is seamless, the communication is excellent, the staff are all extremely professional and friendly which makes the process trouble free. I have also had reason in the past to call on them at short notice and have always had the same excellent service, even for issues outside of their scope they have always found a way to complete my requests. I would have no hesitation in recommending James and his team at Freshwater Building Services.”

Richard Green, Director of Facilities – Medpharm Ltd

“I have had the pleasure of working with Freshwater Building Services for a number of years across various sites. James and the team are both efficient and professional. They have been a great asset when urgent maintenance jobs arise. They have also undertaken CAT A refurbishment works for us, which have been completed to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Freshwater Building Services.“
